To reduce the footprint of disposable waste, here’s some methods I use to cut down on landfill!

  • Recycled backing boards for prints (via Clear Bags)
  • Recycled and recyclable padded mailers (via EcoEnclose)
  • Compostable shipping labels, branding stickers, and address stickers (via noissue)
  • Compostable cello tape (via EcoEnclose)
     

Shipping 🚚

Preorders — Orders ship within 5 business days from the United States. If a preorder item is included in your order, shipment will wait until the preorder item is in stock, and then everything will ship out together.

Available Countries — Shipping is available to the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, due to rapidly changing shipping regulations and restrictions in many countries, international shipping is closed until further notice.

Cost — Orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Domestic — Orders are shipped based on weight, starting at $3.91. Use SHIPUSA for free shipping on orders over $40.
  • International — Orders are shipped based on weight, starting at $11.50. Discounted rates available for Canada.
  • Sticker-only orders ship in an untracked envelope at a discounted rates! Starts at $0.60 for USA orders and $1.50 for international orders.

Delivery Time — Packages ship from California, USA between Mondays and Thursdays as the post office is closed on weekends.

  • Domestic — 4-12 business days
  • International — 3-8 weeks
Tracking — All packages come with a USPS tracking number. Tracking for international packages may stop updating once the package has crossed the border.

Lost Packages — Once handed to the postal service, the delivery of a package is completely out of my hands. I cannot replace or refund lost packages.

Customs — The customer is responsible for paying any import taxes or duties associated with the order. EU customers are usually required to pay VAT before receiving their packages. I refuse to falsify or misdeclare any information on the customs forms as it is a serious offense.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 📦

I do not accept exchanges or returns. Please carefully read over any item descriptions and shipping details before purchase.

Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of the order. (Orders containing preorder items may be cancelled anytime, so long as I have not packed the order.) I charge a 10% restocking fee on cancelled orders to cover fees charged to me by card processing companies.

For shipping damages, all products are packaged carefully and securely with items like cushioning and padded mailers to ensure they arrive safely. I am not liable for damages to items during transit.
