To reduce the footprint of disposable waste, here’s some methods I use to cut down on landfill!

  • Recycled backing boards for prints (via Clear Bags)

  • Recycled and recyclable padded mailers (via EcoEnclose)

  • Compostable shipping labels (via noissue)

  • Compostable cello tape (via EcoEnclose)

Preorders β€” Orders ship within 5 business days from the United States. If a preorder item is included in your order, shipment will wait until the preorder item is in stock, and then everything will ship out together.

Available Countries β€” Shipping is available USA and Canada. Due to rapidly changing restrictions, international shipping is not available.

Cost β€” Orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Domestic β€” Orders are shipped based on weight, starting at $4.18. Use FREESHIP for free shipping on orders over $40. (Applies to products shipped from Luna’s shop; excludes apparel.)

  • International β€” Orders are shipped based on weight, starting at $12.55. Discounted rates available for Canada.

  • Sticker-only orders ship in an untracked envelope at a discounted rates! Starts at $0.75 for USA orders and $1.72 for international orders.

Delivery Time β€” Packages ship from California, USA between Mondays and Thursdays as the post office is closed on weekends.

  • Domestic β€” 4-12 business days

  • International β€” 3-8 weeks

Tracking β€” All packages come with a USPS tracking number. Tracking for international packages may stop updating once the package has crossed the border.

Lost Packages β€” Once handed to the postal service, the delivery of a package is completely out of my hands. I cannot replace or refund lost packages.

Customs β€” Duties are not gathered at checkout; the customer is responsible for paying any VAT or duties associated with the order. I refuse to falsify or underdeclare any information on the customs forms.

I do not accept exchanges or returns. Please carefully read over any item descriptions and shipping details before purchase.

Cancellations or merges must be requested within 2 hours of the order. (Orders containing preorder items may be cancelled or merged anytime, so long as I have not packed the order.) I charge a 10% restocking fee on cancelled orders to cover fees charged to me by card processing companies.

For shipping damages, all products are packaged carefully and securely with items like cushioning and padded mailers to ensure they arrive safely. I am not liable for damages to items during transit.
