To reduce the footprint of disposable waste, here’s some methods I use to cut down on landfill!

  • Recycled backing boards for prints (via Clear Bags)
  • Recycled and recyclable padded mailers (via EcoEnclose)
  • Compostable shipping labels, branding stickers, and address stickers (via noissue)
  • Compostable cello tape (via EcoEnclose)
     

Shipping 🚚

Preorders — Orders ship within 5 business days from the United States. If a preorder item is included in your order, shipment will wait until the preorder item is in stock, and then everything will ship out together.

Available Countries — International shipping is available to most countries, including Canada, Asia, Europe, Central and South America, and Oceania. UK is not available at this time.

Cost — Orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Domestic — Orders start at $4.78, with $0.50 charged per additional item. Use SHIP40 for free shipping on orders over $40.
  • International — Orders start at $11.50, with $2.00 charged per additional item; discounted rates available for Canada. Use INTSHIP for free shipping on orders over $85.

Delivery Time — Packages ship from California, USA between Mondays and Thursdays as the post office is closed on weekends.

  • Domestic — 4-12 business days
  • International — 3-8 weeks
Tracking — All packages come with a USPS tracking number. Tracking for international packages may stop updating once the package has crossed the border.

Lost Packages — Once handed to the postal service, the delivery of a package is completely out of my hands. I cannot replace or refund lost packages.

Customs — The customer is responsible for paying any import taxes or duties associated with the order. EU customers are usually required to pay VAT before receiving their packages. I refuse to falsify or misdeclare any information on the customs forms as it is a serious offense.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 📦

If I made a mistake, I’ll make it right. Please contact me to get the process started.

For shipping damages, all products are packaged carefully and securely with items like cushioning and padded mailers to ensure they arrive safely. I’m not liable for damages to items during transit.

I do not accept exchanges or returns. Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of the order. (Exception: Orders containing preorder items can be amended at any time, so long as I have not already packed your order!)
