GREEN THUMB! 🌱

To reduce the footprint of disposable waste, here’s some methods I use to cut down on landfill! You can find these resources here.

SHIPPING 🚚

Processing — Orders ship within 5 business days from the United States. If a preorder item is included in your order, shipment will wait until the preorder item is in stock, and then everything will ship out together.

Cost — Shipping cost is via USPS and weight-based. Some countries and products may offer other rare classes.

  • Domestic

    • $3.39+ for light packages, shipped via USPS First Class.
    • $8.55 for medium to heavy packages, shipped via Priority Mail and including up to $100 USPS insurance
    • Discounted rates for California!
  • International
    • $12.00 for light packages, shipped via USPS International.
    • $18.00+ for medium to heavy packages with books, etc. (Yes, it really sucks. I’m sorry... International shipping from the US is a big oof.)
    • Discounted rates for Canada!

Delivery Time — Packages ship from California, USA, between Mondays and Thursdays as the post office is closed on weekends. Estimated delivery time is the following; the closer to California, the faster the timeline.

  • Domestic: 2-5 business days
  • International: 14-30 business days (barring customs holds)

Tracking — All orders come with a USPS tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to show the first update. Please note that international order tracking may stop updating once the package crosses the border. Once handed to the postal service, the delivery of a package is completely out of my hands. I cannot replace or refund lost packages.

Untracked Shipping — Several products may offer special untracked post methods that are more affordable. These orders are not eligible for replacement or refund, and I cannot help you if they are lost. For reliable tracking, please select a method with tracking.

Customs — While I do my best to make sure no unnecessary fees are imposed on international packages, the final say is up to your country. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or import fees associated with the order. I refuse to falsify any information on the customs forms as it is a serious offense and can result in package withdrawal, steep business fines, or jail time.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 📦

If you have a problem with your order, contact me within 30 days of your order’s shipping date so we can resolve the issue.

  • If I made a mistake, I’ll make it right. Please contact me to get the process started.

  • For shipping damages, all products are packaged carefully and securely with items like cushioning, PLA sleeves, and padded mailers to ensure they arrive safely. I’m not liable for damages to items during transit.

  • I do not accept exchanges or returns. Cancellations or order alterations must be requested within 5 minutes of the order.
